The project of road 129, 1st and 2nd package, now known as Vo Chi Cong Street with a total length of 26.5 km, was handed over to specialized vehicles in October 2020.
It’s an imperative venture in terms of road transport infrastructure of Eastern Quang Nam which is one of the core projects of FVG Group. The construction scheme has paved the main route from Tam Thang industrial park to Ky Ha port which connects Chu Lai airport; opening a new road arterial pathway from Da Nang, crossing Hoi An, Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh to Dien Hong slope of Tam Ky.
Upon completion, the route plays a crucial role in inspiring the current urban and landscape appearance contributing to socio-economic promotion, services, and tourism in Quang Nam province. Overcoming all difficulties, challenges, and impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, after 18 months of construction, Road 129 has been occupied technical traffic signs thanks to it will be one of the 10 key projects to welcome the 22nd Party Congress Conference of Quang Nam province.
The planning of Vietnam's coastal roads is approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 129/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2010, and it has a total investment of 1,479 billion VND. The section passed through Quang Nam province is named Vo Chi Cong Street, stretching from Hoi An to Chu Lai airport, within 69 km long and divided into 2 phases. Up to this time, 2nd phase has been turned over the construction site of 26.4/26.5km (reaching 99.6% completion).
