Scope of Business

Since 2017, when FVG first set foot in the pristine land of Dong Giang, the Group carried with it a bold aspiration: to join hands with the local ethnic community in shaping the future, continuing the journey out of poverty, and opening hundreds of sustainable livelihood opportunities. This effort has brought hundreds of thousands of visitors to the vast Truong Son mountains and led to two Vietnamese records established at Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate: the destination with the largest number of natural waterfalls and the longest dragon-shaped walking corridor in Vietnam.

In April 2022, the Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate Ecotourism Area officially opened for trial operations. The 8-year journey from 2017 - 2024, filled with challenges, reflected FVG’s persistence in pursuing tourism development guided by four principles: ecotourism, leisure, spirituality, and local culture.

In April 2024, the destination officially inaugurated after nearly 7 years of construction, including 2 years of trial operation. By June 2024, Quang Nam’s first cable car line at the site, connecting 400 - 800 meters, was launched in technical trial and soon put into official operation.

After nearly 3 years of operation, Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate entered its next development phase, expanding with new, diverse services and products. Today, it stands as a unique and attractive destination for Quang Nam in particular and Central Vietnam in general, thanks to its distinctive offerings.

Above all, the project has created an immeasurable legacy: the trust FVG has built in the hearts of the community and travelers. For FVG, tourism is not only a spearhead economic sector but also a lever to unlock the hidden beauty and vast potential of this land.

With this vision, FVG aspires to position Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate as one of the three pillars of the Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang tourism route, forming a new heritage triangle in Central Vietnam. To realize this ambition, at the 2025 International Travel Conference - Quang Nam, a strategic breakthrough was announced: the Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate Heritage Route.

This is not only an expanded East-West connection across the city but also a cultural-tourism urban development axis for FVG over the next five years (2025 - 2030). In parallel, FVG will continue to expand and operate the extended route from Da Nang to Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate. These two strategic axes mark Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate as a core destination for long-term sustainable development.

For FVG, such journeys are more than destinations — they are milestones that reflect the depth, identity, and ambition of a business shaping the future with resilience and pride.
