Nam Hoi An City is the only project with a stunning riverside location along the Thu Bon River, situated south of the Cua Dai Bridge in Duy Nghia Commune, Da Nang City, covering 14.4 hectares.

Planned as part of a premium tourism and urban development zone, the project is designed under the model of an international-standard riverside ecological city, blending green urban living with a full range of modern amenities. It promises to create a new Hoi An – comfortable and contemporary – beside the World Cultural Heritage Site of Hoi An Ancient Town.

After nearly five years of operation, Nam Hoi An City has gradually affirmed its position as a large-scale tourism and resort complex, integrating ecology - culture - entertainment, located in the emerging Eastern Da Nang area – expected to become the new tourism hub of Central Vietnam.

Located at the foot of Cua Dai Bridge and connected to the strategic Vo Chi Cong coastal road, Nam Hoi An City offers excellent access to major tourist and heritage destinations: Da Nang - Hoi An - My Son. This route not only connects streams of domestic and international visitors but also forms an important axis of urban-tourism development in the Eastern region.

FVG Group has devoted great effort to Nam Hoi A City, with the addition of a private marina to serve both domestic and international tourists, connecting Hoi An Ancient Town and My Son Sanctuary via waterways. Each cruise on the Thu Bon River thus becomes a journey into the cultural richness and human values of Quang Nam.

In September 2025, FVG officially broke ground on the Fivitel Hotel & Fivirest Resort Nam Hoi An Complex – a tourism, resort, and commercial project with 380 rooms in the 4 and 5-star segment, with a total investment of VND 758 billion, expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Positioned as the gateway to the heritage journey, it brings together a multi-utility service ecosystem and demonstrates the ambition of a private corporation to drive transformation and growth in local tourism, creating thousands of livelihood opportunities for the community.
